instax take 7

last friday we celebrated my good friend slaven's birthday at no idea bar. as soon as i walked into the backroom of the bar i was greeted with friendly moostaches. oh, the fun we had with the casanova, the bandit, the smarty, the scoundrel, the rogue, and the party boy... at least until the mustache started burning my upper lip off. here are a few snapshots i took. enjoy!

happy birthday mike!

wednesday music

just saying...
ray lamontagne: you are the best thing.

for all the people who don't know the amazing jazzy lady esperanza spalding(who beat the bieber at the grammys), here she is covering one of my faves.
esperanza spalding: covering lauryn hill's tell him:

LOVE IS patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Hump Day

My Wednesday:

Made lunch,

Ate in the courtyard,

Played with some furry friends,

Got furry legs,

ate some carrots,

borrowed pop's shirt,

Got a lemon from Chance,

Watched Dodger do a little dance.

Highlight of my day:
One of the kids I work with sang me this song.

I melted.
Everything is gonna be alright <3

(Happy birthday Brother Yum!)
